I just know this. The Raiders have sucked for 6 years now. They've had five coaches, good players come and go, the ONE constant in that equation has been Al Davis. He pretty much makes every decision except calling plays. he runs the draft. He's responsible. He has dropped the ball on countless free agents they could have picked up and wasted money on shitheads like Javon Walker.
