My stats are 5'9" 165-170lbs approx 12-14%bf,
I work out 5days a week, one body part a day (4Exer/4sets/8-14reps) I do 40min cardio 4 days a week (heart rate 138-147), I eat very clean.
This is my first cycle and is as follows:
wk 1-10 sust 250mgs/every 5 days
wk 3-12 Prim 100mgs/every 4 days
wk 4-15 10mgs Nolva ED
wk 13-15 100mgs clomid, 10days 50mgs thereafter..
this is my first cycle and am looking to get shredded.. honestly, is this achivable with this cycle.. Remember Im not arnold and don't belive in huge doses, I want quality muscle, not water...
