aw

cats getting hit by cars makes me sad :(

i almost had one run DIRECTLY into my car on july 4th. i saw him in the corner of my eye, fuckin dumbass!!! He was pretty much literally parallel to me and somehow i saw him. it was like he was trying to commit suicide. i was able to swerve outta the way and kitty is still alive :)

Cats panic when they see fast moving objects. I would freak if I ever hit a cat.

You know, many people, like some of the nut jobs on here, would actually probably go out of their way to drive faster when seeing an animal on the road, hoping to hit them
I saw that once. It was like 3 am on a quiet road and two cute skunks were crossing the road.
I stopped so they could pass. No one was in front or behind me. I enjoyed watching them cross the road cause they were playing the whole time. Knocking each other over and giving each other headlocks. I was LOL

Well I see a car coming in the opposite direction and the guy clearly saw the skunks. I hear him accelerate to purposely hit these animals. He hit one and the other made it across the road. The one he hit SCREAMED SO LOUD when he was hit, I freaked.
This pc of SHIT drove away and I could see him laughing. The other skunk went to his dead "friend" and no joke, made some sad noise.
I pulled over, got out of my car to make sure the skunk was dead and put it on the side of the road and chased the other skunk away
I cried for days thinking about the scream the dead skunk made and thinking about the cry the living skunk made.

The good of the universe did not create all humans. I know evil exists when I see shit like that.

well I have a happy story. The guy who cried over the cat last night told me his dogs were all dogs he saved from the SPCA.
Another good story is you saved a dog and another happy story is my ass is getting less soft

All happy :-)

Some birds held a funeral for a dead bird that was in my backyard. Its the second time I've seen birds pay their respects to another dead bird. they all sit around in a circle around the dead bird and when one leaves, another takes its place.

my 2 cats are rescued kitties :)

though, be careful when swerving for an animal. I lost control of my car doing that once. Just hit your brakes, close your eyes, and pray they get out of the way, but dont cause an accident where you or others could get hurt! Just sayin!

I went to the UPS store to fax something because my fax is acting like a jerkoff.
it's inside this little shopping center and right next door is a dog/pet grooming place.

So anyways, i get out of my car and i see this blonde trophy wife bitch and her two kids, and their little yorkie on the opposite side of the parking lot.all of a sudden a car comes in and at the same time and their little yorkie (with no leash) bolts right by the car. The car kinda saw it but might have hit him. I got his attention, ran towards him, and he ran straight for me and ended up rolling on the ground trying to play with me. I was petting him waiting for the mom to run there to get him but then shes screaming "pick him up!" "pick him up!" because he was kinda moving around the area a little.

i grab him finally after he squirms a bit and she just kinda had this look on her face of expectancy and looked at me like a piece of shit (i was dressed kinda bummy for my standards). I said "scary moment" as i handed it to her and she just kinda gave me a half assed thank you. i wanted to fuckin spit in her face. she wasnt even that fine to be acting that way. maybe she was just petrified that her dog almsot got run over in front of her kids and thats why she reacted that way, but she seemed like a cunt no matter what

doggy was real cute and cool as shit though. real friendly

I was going to make a pic a cat driving and cussing out cw for saving the dog. But, I was too pissed how the bitch acted.

I am so tired of MOST (not all) women having such a sense of entitlement.

They expect you to open doors, hold elevators, buy them shit, etc. And, you are lucky if you even get a half ass thank you.

Props to you for saving it though.

Here's the thing, I see the situation a little differently than most. Everyone is giving him sympathy in the other thread. That isn't gonna do him any good, if anything just the exact opposite. When I was younger I dropped out of college and wasn't really doing much of anything with my life. It was depressing, not having any direction or motivation, a sense of purpose. My mother would say, "don't worry honey, you'll do something when you're ready". That certainly didn't motivate me, all that did was make me feel content, like its normal and everything is ok. My friends didn't help, we were too busy partying and getting home at 4am.

One day my brother walked up, completely straight faced, and sucker punched me. I went down like a sack of shit. He didn't say a word, just walked off. He didn't have to, I knew why he hit me. He didn't approve of the way I was going about my life, and as my big brother felt it was his job to say so. I laid there in that hallway for some time, I didn't even want to get up. But I started making changes in my life after that, not just because I didn't like getting punched in the face, but I knew that he was right.

You see, people respond to strenuous situations. Take your muscles for example. A lot of people here lift weights to get stronger or bigger. Now let me ask those of you who lift, do you sit in the corner and caress your arms and legs gently, rubbing them over and over again waiting for them to grow? No, you don't. Why? Well because that doesn't produce results. Just like my mother telling me everything is going to be ok didn't get me off my ass. Instead you go to the gym and lift heavy objects. When you lift weights you're basically tearing muscle fibers. You put your body under stress and it responds. Your body doesn't like its muscle fibers torn, so it does something about it. Your body fixes the fibers you have torn. But since it was a stressful situation that your body doesn't want to happen again, it puts an extra layer of muscle fibers over the old to try and prevent a reoccurrence. You keep beating those muscles down, and they keep coming back bigger and stronger.

So why is it we keep giving him sympathy and compassion, is it really going to help the situation?

You are lucky to have such a great brother. Did you ever thank him?

Moms are great. But, sometimes coddle their kids too much. A big reason why kids also need a father figure in their life.

the only person I expect to open a door , or hold an elevator is the one that I'm with. The rest can ignore me, or treat me like a man if they please. In fact, this is preferred.
