Ive been on CKD since May 8 with NO CHEATING> I've been craving ice cream for the past week so bad that I have been having dreams about it!!!! Should I cheat?

While on my last CKD, my favorite CARB UP food was 1 pint container of Ben and Jerry's LOW FAT frozen yogurt. I would eat a little throughout the day.
Never had any negatives from it either!

Just make it till carb up day man! You can do it!

Are you on a CKD or atkins diet? If you're on a CKD then eating ice cream on a carb up is anything but cheating, especially if you use a low fat kind. If you're not carbing up then you aren't really doing a CKD, be sure to specify.

Im working on making my own homemade ice cream with protein powder condensed skim milk and all the other shit!!! Ill let everyone know how it goes, if it works and is good there will be alot of happy bodybuilders

you will be fine on your carb day... I have done the CKD before and ate golden grahams, ben & jerrys, pancakes with syrup on my carb day and I was fine. As long as you are tight days 1 to 7 you will be fine

Try Muscle Milk powder with milk. It is almost as good as ice cream.

I just had a big bowl of fat free vanilla icecream with fat free chocolate shavings
