I REALLY want some ICE CREAM!!!!

Ive been on CKD since May 8 with NO CHEATING> I've been craving ice cream for the past week so bad that I have been having dreams about it!!!! Should I cheat?

Don't Cheat! BUT..........

While on my last CKD, my favorite CARB UP food was 1 pint container of Ben and Jerry's LOW FAT frozen yogurt. I would eat a little throughout the day.
Never had any negatives from it either!

Just make it till carb up day man! You can do it!
 
Are you on a CKD or atkins diet? If you're on a CKD then eating ice cream on a carb up is anything but cheating, especially if you use a low fat kind. If you're not carbing up then you aren't really doing a CKD, be sure to specify.
 
Im working on making my own homemade ice cream with protein powder condensed skim milk and all the other shit!!! Ill let everyone know how it goes, if it works and is good there will be alot of happy bodybuilders :)
 
you will be fine on your carb day... I have done the CKD before and ate golden grahams, ben & jerrys, pancakes with syrup on my carb day and I was fine. As long as you are tight days 1 to 7 you will be fine
 
take 2 scoops favorite protein powder 2-3 TBSP heavy whipping cream blend it pour in to a bowl then put in frezer and then stir ever 45 minutes for 3 hour VIOLA iceceam or sherbert

Well try this bro, cold fat free cottage cheese, natural pb and sugar free strawberry jam. Mix it all up and it tastes amazing...Dont put too much jam b/c of the carbs.
 
eat the ice cream, but do cardio everyday. and of course weightlifting

basically you can eat alot of crap food. hypothetically lets say you eat 2000 calories worth of fatty sugary icecream. and 1000 calories worth of protien of meats and what not.

get on the stair climber or stair master for an hour a day at level 6 or 7 you will have burned 1000 calories in one hour.

leaves you with a net calorie of 2000. sounds cool doesnt it?

this is how i stay sane mentally and stay ripped physically. because i eat what i want. i bump up the intensity on the cardio. after a while you will condition yourself for the cardio and it will be a breeze for you. read a book while doing so or watch tv
 
I eat LA CARB ice cream. 28 carbs per pint. 1/4 of the container only has 7 carbs and with 400mg of ALA it doesn't really hurt you at all.
 
Super Wal-Mart sells some low carb ice cream that is pretty good. It comes in pint size containers. I don't have it often, but considering its low carb, its aight. Lemon and Vanilla are the best flavors. They also make Chocolate and 1 variety that is chocolate and almond.
