I pretty much eat nothing but healthy foods now, but i have no idea what macronutrient ratio to aim for

ive heard so many different things, like

40p-40c-20f
30p-55c-15f
40p-25c-35f

what have you guys had success with?
my goal is to get leaner, while either maintaining my weight or gaining weight very slowly. I lift 4 times a week and do cardio 2x. thanks!

First, good goal..success comes slowly. As far as macros go..well its going to vary over different people. I've had success on a wide range of them - personally I like 40/30/30 the best, but perhaps switching back and forth along the way wouldn't be a bad idea. Would be like carb cycling to some degree..

Thanks!! I always keep my protein high; i just couldn't decide whether i should be getting more cals from carbs or fat. Right now i am getting more cals from fat than carbs i think, and my progress has totally stalled lately. I am going to try replacing the fat from my 2nd to last meal with broccoli and see how that works.
 
I always heard 60-protein, 20-fat and 20 carbs. Get on fitday and mess around with some diets. Let us know what works well for you.
