I have been working with a trainer, and have dropped from 26% down to 13%. I have accomplished this with minimal muscle loss.

The ultimate goal is to reach 8-9% BF. My trainer has changed the workouts to focus more towards muscle gains. So with that said, I am obviously eating more now. (3200 cals daily) He insists I will still achieve my BF goal during this stage because I am gaining muscle. BUT, there is no calorie defecit. IS this accurate?!?

definitely not..you will gain some fat while bulking no matter what. its certainly not a bad idea to do a mini bulk right now, though. then go back to your final cut afterwards.

Not only did he up my Cals, he cut my cardio back! He has been an excellent trainer so far.

Instead of increasing Calories I am going to UP my protein and back off of the carbs.
