I have been working with a trainer, and have dropped from 26% down to 13%. I have accomplished this with minimal muscle loss.
The ultimate goal is to reach 8-9% BF. My trainer has changed the workouts to focus more towards muscle gains. So with that said, I am obviously eating more now. (3200 cals daily) He insists I will still achieve my BF goal during this stage because I am gaining muscle. BUT, there is no calorie defecit. IS this accurate?!?
