This place (EF) is home for me. I learned over year I've been here a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding AAS, GH, dieting and training. The annual membership I pay for plat is the least I can do to repay the knowledge base that I've gained here. EF has the most knowledgeable Mods and Vets out of any AAS message, which is why I choice to spend most, if not all, of my time here. Now I feel I'm in place where I can give back what was so freely given to me by the Vets and Mods here. In closing: this is an EF appreciation thread.

excelent post..and very well said, i have been on this board for a while myself, just haven't posted to often, just always got on here and read the posts that interest me the most and got my knoledge from them. but i do also agree, this is one board i do come for good/reliable info, great minds on this board.
 
I was sincere when I said what I said. This board has added an infinite amount of help, knowledge and direction, even on personal matters, which seem to be resolved for the time being largely thanks to some of the comments made on that thread.
 
I tell you what, I'll sponsor someone voted on by the Mods for a 3 month plat membership.

Mods - sticky?
 
Bump for a sticky 0- I'm serious about sponsoring a non-plat memeber for 3 months. The Mods will have to decide who that person will be.

i would love to agree with you bro, but I cant at this point. For weeks now I continue to have posts that broke no rules erased from several of the forums, with no reasons being given to me at all as to why. And when I email admin, they say they will get back to me, then weeks later I'm still waiting. I've paid for platinum before and wanted to do it again, but I cant justify it when vets on this board get treated that way....

I understand what you're saying and I agree with you. Hopefully EF will change that moving forward.

awsome post bro

i definatly agree. i have tried other boards and tried to stick around but they just dont seem to meet up to this one as far as knowledge. it also is very entertaining, especially when a fight breaks out. it can get annoying, but when you think about it all you can do is smile.

this place is without a doubt my home. i've meet alot of good guys here with tons of knoledge to offer. I just hope it stays that way.
 
This board is truly life changing. One day when I'm not poor I'll be plat too.

Alot of good guys have left though, and moved onto newer and often times friendlier boards...though most keep around here a bit...;)
 
good post JA.....I agree this board has made me a guru in the time i have been here...no other place could i have accumulated all this info..hence is why i'm platimun.

I am sorry if you didn't receive my reply needsize, I responded the next day. My concern is that if you still felt this way that you didn't try to contact me again. You can PM me, but you have not and I have received no further emails.

The issue is this. Mods have the right to move, edit and lock any post that either needs to be moved to another forum or needs to be deleted for whatever reason. (its in the tos, but I also have a sticky posted in the chat board) In this case you had posted pictures on this board. A mod moved it to the pics of members board where it in fact belonged. We cant always send a reason to you when these things happen, and it was nothing to get upset about. However, after the move happened you started thread after thread bashing our mods and our site and our platinum accounts. That is not only unprofessional, but it is simply nonsensical. I am very sorry that a post was moved, but we do not always have the time to explain why, but usually will.

I hope that your bashing of our board stops today and you can move forward as a free member and not find the urge to publicly slander the business that you are frequenting for no charge. We are happy to have you and all members at our great site, but remember we are also running a business and things happen that will not make everyone happy.

I have learned almost everything I know about diet, traingin and anabolics on this board. Not the mention many other things. I feel the same way JA...........the small amount I pay is well worth it to keep this board going.

I WILL PERONSALLY PAY FOR AND SPONSOR A NON-PLAT MEMEBER FOR 3 MONTHS. WHO'S IT GOING TO BE? EF Sam and the rest of the Mods can choice or you can make suggestons here.
 
As one of a couple of docs on the board, I must say that I really appreciate the efforts of the mods and the vets in their attempts to educate BB'ing enthusiasts. While I am replete with book knowledge and experience, I still learn a great deal by frequenting this board daily. I cannot emphasize this enough to the Newbies and Intermediates: Spend a good year trolling and reading this board. Make use of the search feature. Learn everything you can. Then ask questions. Be prepared. I spent a couple for years trolling this board and others even before I registered. I am proud to say that I am a member of EF. Thanks to everyone here.

I've addressed the question to this answer via PM with EF Sam b/c it was happened to me too. If she is the one who personally moves or locks the thread she simply doesn't have enough time to respond back to the thread starter as to why the the thread was deleted or moved. She runs EF's NY office, wwhich takes up most, if not all, of her time. Notice when you ask why a thread moved or locked some or most of the Mods don't know. Some threads are moved or locked directly by EF Sam while she is in the middle of doing 10 different things.

Absolutely. This board is like family to me. I'd like to offer to sponsor someone as long as I like the person.
 
Concerning moved posts; I believe needsize's point is valid. If someone wants a post on this forum, what's the problem? Who's to say where it "belongs". There are lots of threads here that aren't about anabolics, including THIS ONE. Moving a thread to chat or pics is like throwing it in the garbage bin.

I agree with EFSam that the mods do an outstanding job. So does the NYPD. But that doesn't mean there aren't some bad cops.

Please see the sticky below this, and stop this behavior. Thanks. For the record, when you say " Who's to say where it "belongs". I will say that I am, and so are my moderators, as this is our business. I am very sorry that you think moving posts to their approprite forum is like moving things to the garbage can, personally I would think that you had more respect for all of our boards than that. Elite has a tremendous amount to offer other than this one board.

I do not want to see any more posts like this, please read the sticky. Thanks for respecting Elite Fitness.
