I have lost 70 lbs

My avatar is a pic of me after loosing 70 lbs. I weigh 250 lbs right now, and started loosing weight 6 months ago. In this pic I was on a 62 mile ride.

It's pretty simple really
I swim around 20 laps a week
I run around 10 miles a week
I bike 50-100 miles a week
I eat good

+1 on the swimming. I need to get my fat ass in the routine. I went to visit my mom back in 01 and I swam twice a day and ate good. I lost right at 18 lbs in three weeks.
