OK, here it is:
5 boiled eggs + 5 tbsp mayo + some chopped onions.
mixed it all together, and you will have a very tasty salad, which contains:
protein: 35 gr
carbs: 5 gr
fat: 70 gr
calories: 770 cal
you can add pepper and other stuff to it to your liking. Oh yeah, I haven't patented this recipe, but keep in mind that from now on it is called "Russian Egg Salad".
