I have an "Event"!

I now have an event to look forward to & as a fitness goal on which to focus!

While lifting yesterday, I was asked by one of the other group fitness instructors if I would be in his video!

Apparently he's done a workout video before. He teaches a cardio-kickboxing class, AKA "Tae-Bo", in the style of the original Tae-Bo dude, Billy Blanks. He kinda looks like Billy Blanks too. Shooting will be February 10 & he said takes 3-4 hours.

Ha ha, good question! I suppose that would be nice for me to clarify!

I've been eating clean 100% [except one cheat day a week] for about 6 weeks now & I mostly want to keep that going. (of course, I want to keep it going my whole life, but for now I'll focus on one month... then the next)

I'm fairly certain that if I keep that going I will continue to lose more body fat. I still don't know what I'm at now (was going to get together with a trainer, but she wasn't there!) but I know I have lost some in these 6 weeks, ppl keep mentioning to me at the gym that I look leaner & I'm seeing more lines.

I always have the goal to get stronger as well, so now this is just another reason to.

If I'm below 17%, I'll have to chose bulking OR cutting (right???) in which case I'll cut for the video. I'm fairly certain I'm below 20%, but probably not much lower than 17%. (Vague guesses based on awfully wrong Tanita readings).
 
CONGRATS!! Kick in that cardio and keep the diet clean!!! You can do a lot in 6 weeks....now that is some major motivation for ya:)
