I have this crazy medical condition. This is not for humor, so please don't remove my thread like that "CHILI DOG" thread... anyway, here it goes......

When my penis isn't hard, it's no more then 2 inches long...but when it gets erected, it's about 7 1/2 long, and I have a very above average girth, which women love. However, I can't understand why my dick gets so small after I cum. When people talk about dick size, do they mean the size of the penis while it's soft, or while it's hard (erected)?
