shouldnt that much - what kind of pace? i do much more than that and have no trouble but your body type might differ. have you noticed any loss in gains so far?
no loss in gains yet but i've only been running for a week so far. We're running 2 miles in around 16 minutes because i think thats what the army standards are. I wouldn't really consider it hauling ass, more like a fast jog.
depending on his age 18-21 require like 15:56 I belirve that is 60 percent and thats after basic during basic they require like 50 so itd be somewhere like 1630 .. 100 percent would be 13 minutes flat ( and not to hard I might say ) \
