.......know what your saying.....
I'm tired of hearing all of you 6ft 3inch morons complaining. Your size has nothing to do with your height. YOUR GENETIC BUILD DOES. Your either ectomorphic, endomorphic, or mesomorphic. My training partner is 6 feet 3inches tall at 280lbs, 8% bodyfat, and just earned his pro-card..... so whats up with him man?? Furthermore, I just ran into someone I have not seen for ten years. He was no different. 5' 6" tall and 122lbs.... he is very ectomorphic, and I dont think he will ever be putting on size like your bitching about. Now I'm not sure if the ratio of short people being mesomorphic is higher than tall people, but believe me friend, I have seen 5'6" - 5'9" people who have not been able to put on size just like your complaining about.
ECTOMORPHIC- Long arms, low bodyfat, small waist line, (thin build)
MESOMORPHIC- Muscular build, athletic, relatively low body fat, but slightly higher than the ectomorph. Shorter limbs. Thick muscle bellies. (THIS IS THE BUILD I THINK YOU ARE JEALOUS OF)
Endomorphic- High body fat, hyper flexible, Lower body is thicker than upper body. (Typical round build), non athletic.... but can train to be
combinations of the builds are possible, but what I am saying here is get it right. I'm a 5' 9" ectomorph who did'nt even get any recognition for my lifting until 7 year in! I worked very hard to achieve my goals and I think it is unfair to say because someone is short is the reason they are muscular. HOw about good genetics?? I mean look at all your top pros-- a lot of them are pretty tall guys.
