I give..... HELP!

Ok, so I need to lose 10 pounds. I'm back in school and soon will be working LONG shifts so massive workouts are out. I'm no body builder BUT I currently play on 8 soccer teams so I run and am extremely athletic. ;) Here's the scoop:

I made a bet who can lose more weight in a month with a friend. I altered my diet (much better, but not perfect) joined a few more soccer leagues, and have started 10mg/day of Anavar about 10 days ago. AND NOTHING! The Anavar is new, but the huge increase in exercise and diet change was started a month ago. Thus far, I've lost 1 f***ing pound. Granted muscle weighs more... But my clothes are fitting the same. :( PLEASE HELP~!!! All my fat sits on my stomach and hips, but nothing on thighs. Here are my thoughts and stats:

26 yrs - 5'4" - 137lbs (think my scale really wrong, but 10-13 lbs is right for me to lose)

1) Yes, I want an "easy" way out - i.e. Clen, Anavar, Winny, Creatine, Ephedrine, etc... - Do think I haven't tried the hard ways. - This small amount of fat is resiliant!

2) What is the best workout or exercise for me in addition to all the cardio? Jump rope? Push ups?

3) What is the best combo/cycle and how much?? Is 10mg Anavar really going to be enough to do anything? I feel no difference.

I've tried hard to cut this fat and can't kick it. - HELP! I want to wear a bikini again and win my bet. LOL!

Hi and welcome!

Congratulations in getting yourself starting a new regimen to lose weight. However, why are you taking anavar or want to take clen, etc. Those agents are not for losing weight. You can lose weight in a healthy way with good nutrition.

Please, post what you eat and drink all day and I'll be happy to guide you. There'e no magic pill for losing weight. Regardless of what avenue you take, you still need to have a good diet.
 
Unfortunately, most of us THINK we've tried everything. We get so much thrown at us from the media - especially being women - that it's a whirlwind of information and it's hard to determine WHERE to start.

DIET IS THE KEY. As Thandie stated above - please post what you eat, when and in what amounts. With a few tweeks, you can do wonders getting your body to work with you instead of resisting. Our bodies are a lot smarter than we give them credit for.

 
No matter what people say I DO NOT believe Anavar helps people lose weight. Tightens, tones, increases strength, vascularity.... yes, yes yes.... and because of this one will see weight loss with increased fitness. You should with the right diet and time see increased strength while working out. But lose weight, IMO, no. Because you're looking for a quick fix in a month there are a lot of tricks, none of which are necessarily healthy. To see who can lose the most weight... nothing any of us can tell you will get you that in one month.... the BEST weight loss for long term goals and life long health, absolutely.... thandie is amazing, as many women are on this board. I can give you ECA, Clen advice and with a clean diet you can lose "so much" but unless you become anorexic/bulemic (or cut calories lower than 1200/day) or abuse diuretics or are obese and are cutting back 20,000 calories a day.... maybe 10lbs in a month tops.
 
IF YOUR BF IS high, you wont see much with anavar. its about diet. post up your diet. do you weigh and meassure? that is key.

There is a difference between losing weight and losing fat. If the only thing that matters is watching the numbers on the scale go down, then simply don't eat. You will lose more WEIGHT than your friend and win the bet.

However, that doesn't mean you will necessarily lose FAT. Quite the opposite I would wager, your BF would stay the same or even increase if the body thought it was going into starvation mode.

Without knowing your diet so far I can say you have enough cardio type stimulation going on playing for 8 soccer teams. (Assuming you are on the field a good portion of the time)

Tummy and hips are genetically predisposed areas that females tend to store fat.

Training wise you said you didn't have much time for long workouts, which is actually a benefit in this case. I would suggest a HIT style workout on Mon-Wed-Fri (or the such). Cardio wise after training you could do 10-15 mins on the heavy bag at the gym. Most gyms offer boxing classes and have a heavy bag. You can buy gloves for $20 and just go in there and dance around and whale away on the heavy bag for 10-15 mins. That will most CERTAINLY add toning to your physique. I do this a couple times per month when the ocean gets too cold for me to swim in every morning. It doesn't matter if you can box or not. If you are self conscious about it, just look online for a basic program that teaches you 3-4 quick patterns to practice as a beginner. Something like
L Jab --> step forward
L Jab --> Step right
R Hook --> step back

repeat.

Also, the thing with anavar now days is that getting REAL anavar is a problem. Too many places out there are passing off winstrol or weak dbol as anavar. Or worse.. methlytest. I would advise you to skip the anavar all together and stick with regular ECA type supps. It isn't like you have 20 pounds to lose, just a few pounds of fat. Maybe some transdermal fat burners can help too.

10mgs of Anavar is enough. I work out with and IFBB Pro and all she has used is 10mgs of Anavar and a little Clen before each competition. Granted everyone is different. My point is its something else. I would look at your diet. All your results are driven by what you eat.
Supplements do just that... supplement a good diet.
Post up your diet and we will get you to drop your ten pounds with, or without the anavar.
