yumm and in sour cream and onion flavour

not certain if they are high in Gi but they sure are good and def better than the greasy potato chips

Word. Definitely better than greasy ol' chips. The GI is high but shouldn't be a problem on a bulk.

I agree with X about the taste. And some of those crackers smell horrible.
