cccp New member Feb 5, 2003 #22 yeah, you can increase weights in deadlifts very very fast. I just started doing them about a month ago, and I started with 135 too. LAst workout i did 215 for 10 reps. I hope the weight keeps increasing like that till I hit at least 300.
