Today i did 4 sets of 135x12

OMFG is my back tight and sore.... not to mention my knees are really messed up!

I got a few of my buds to watch my form, and they told me it was perfect... i sure hope so because i'm adding weight next week! :D

I think his knees are sore from the bar traveling along his legs.

Bingo!

I wish I took videos... i'll try next time.

But yeah... knees are all red and bruised from the bar travelling up and down. I got real short arms so it's harder on me, bah. I gotta keep it againt my legs the whole time. :(

my knees are always toast after deadlifting

Same here... I always leave the bar with a little more of my skin and blood attached to it than i woud like.....

Ugh...glad I don't have to deal with that. Doesn't touch my knees or my shins, conventional or sumo. Glad you found your "groove" though!! :)

Try placing the bar out in front of you more...so you are pulling the bar back. It allows you to use your bodyweight for more leverage (see-saw). Also allows you to pull in a straight line instead of out and around your knees.
