Well I had a business meeting today so I had the afternoon off. I was going to go for a bike ride but hubby surprised me and asked me to join the gym again. So that's what I did... I joined my old gym. Even if I can get my mother to come over and baby sit twice a week and go when I work nights, it's better then nothing. It's been TWO YEARS and ONE MONTH since I've stepped foot in a gym. It was wonderful and horrible at the same time. I loved being there but I hated ALL of those blasted mirrors, but all in due time I will get all of my definition back. I am very excited I worked lower back, chest and upper back (not too much) just to kind of get a feel.... I am weak, all of my weights were at least 10-20lbs lower then my normal reps but it's something to work towards.
