In a normal day, I get around 1500 cals, then force myself to eat about 1000 more.

I take 1T of flax and 1T of olive oil to help out...

eating out is out of the question, i don't want to waste the money, plus i like to cook... and I don't eat processed meat, it makes me sick thinking about the lips and assholes in it...

so, what is a man to do?

I'm 6', 190#, 23yo

I just get tired of eggs.... Deviled eggs are my fav's right now...

fried eggs are not cool without toast.

i like omelets w/ground beef, can eat those pretty much all day. BK whopper patties w/cheese are good too. Also, fry up a ton of sugar free bacon with my eggs and use the bacon to soak up the yolk. If worse comes to worst just douse each meal w/ a tbsp of olive oil. It's tough, just gotta force yourself or risk losing unnecessary amounts of muscle.

Tblsp of olive oil are great to get cals up. to about 2tblsp twice a day. also if you need something sweet, a few tablespoons of heavy cream with some equal or splenda tastes like mega rich ice cream!

I used heavy cream in my coffee too.

Best of luck

Make an egg, ground beef, cheese& heavy cream mixture.

Brown the beef, drain oil, add egg(s) & cream and after it starts to form add your favorite shredded cheese.

thanx guys, I'm going to grocery store today... I started adding heavy cream to my protein shake today (not the one post workout)...

I got almonds, pecans, and walnuts. So it's going to be tough, but I think I can do it now.

Do you guys have trouble getting cals up and keeping carbs down?

If I need to up my fats I use Ken's ranch dressing.

It's 180 cal per2 tbsp - 30% cal from fat and 1 carb gram.

Not sure if this willwork for you but I thought I'd put that out there.

If you want a slice of toast everyonce in a while you might want to look for Natures Own low carb bread. Has like 7 grams of carbs per slice and cost somewhere around 2$ a loaf. I think it has a green ribbon on the bag. Taste like regular bread to me, but then again its been so long since I had regular bread I do not really remember what it tastes like .
