What kind of pen does it need to be? I am pretty picky when it comes to what I write with, but I am not stuck on one. I like real smooth writing pens.

I like Zebra F-402's best. Better than Cross for sure. I threw a mont blanc in the drawer of my dresser several years ago and have no idea if it's still there.

I don't use my nice pens most of the time. I chew on pens and I throw em around all the time.

I can only use the uni-ball rollerball style, but sice micro. Only micro. Can't use anything else. And I always have a red and a black on me. I like using the red to mark up stupid fucking memos and decks that my subordinates show me so I can give them visual proof of how much better I am than them.
