i broke my finger playing football :( can someone help me figure out how i'm supposed to train back? :( :(

i think i can come up with enough shit for legs, arms, chest, and shoulders. Back is fucking tricky though, given that i can't grip anything heavy

Strap a hook on to your arm.
 
you may have to use a "universal"/life fitness type machine.

theres one where you push down on the pads from an arms outstreched position with your arms (tri's resting on pads)

they make these gloves with hooks on then that are pretty good from what I hear. Or maybe get those straps they use for hanging leg raises and hook them up to whatever apparatus your using and do short movements pulling with your elbows.
