i benched 300 today

if you had never done it before then sure. nobody else in the world cares if we hit a new PR if other fitness people won't.
 
great work, sublime :) i still havnt done 300 (i favour incline dumbbells personally)

dont know many natural guys who can move that weight, kudos again

also, tell your spotter that his traps are overpowering the rest of his physique, and to only spot you twice a month instead ;)

he didnt spot me on it...and iv seen plenty of natural guys doing way more than that.

back in the day some poster called jeremys benched over 400 and he was 14 yrd old. then again he was like a bench press specialist powerlifter... key word, powerlifter, so his body was less than desirable.
 
Congrats on getting 300...it's a big milestone. Now buckle down and focus on getting 'three plates aside' ie 315 in the near future.

i know plenty of naturals that hit 300 on a regular basis.

where do you work out? "fitness made simple for single mommies"

i dont count the guys who move 3 plates a side with their ass up in the air and getting no closer than a handspan from their chest; or the guys with spotters; or the naturals that weigh 200lbs in the first place

btw, if I squat with really really really tight jeans, it is more or less the equivalend of squat-pants? I mean, the concept is that the fabric stores energy that it's released (hence substracting about 300lbs) when you go into the positive motion side

I think I'll ask stilleto, cheater always uses those squat panties

will it help? it might. in fact, it probably will. you'll need to post a pic of you in the tightest jeans possible, for us to determine if it will work.

Have you ever benched in a shirt? Or Squat in a suit? Sure it helps (sometimes) Sometimes it doesn't, if you don't have proper form.

Now shush you, and show us your tight jeans
