I am urinating a lot

Here is a typical day's fooding for me, I am not on any diet right now but I will probably do it soon.

Breakfast:
cereal+milk
glass of OJ
glass of water
vitamin pill

Lunch
sandwich
apple
nutrigrain bar
glass of mmilk

Afternoon (spread over whole afternoon):
2 glasses of water
small can of juice
can of tuna

Dinner
big thing o rice
chicken
veggies
milk



Now it seems like I am always having to go to the bathroom, and when I do it's always brigh yellOw!! ( I blame the vitamin pills) but when I try and dirnk more water I piss sooo much.

What do you think, should I see a doctor, or drink less fluid or is it mental
 
If you have other symptoms in concert with the increased urination then I would see a doc. If not, its probably nothing but I can't say for sure just from what you said. If your vitamins have b vitamins in them then they may be responsible for the bright color of the urine.
 
I've been a frequent pisser my whole life, and so is my brother. My friends used to get mad at me all the time cuz whenever we took a road trip (with a few swill to take the edge off - but not the driver) I'd have to stop and piss like MAD every few miles or so.

Maybe it's a fast metabolism? I know that when I was younger, eating a Big Mac at lunch meant a Big Shit by dinner. And just looking at a Mozza burger would send my bowels sliding...my weight literally fluctuated by 2-5 pounds at any given time of the day.

My doc says not to worry, but if you find your sleep is being interupted more than 2-3 times a night, you should maybe look into a prostate check. I can take a huge piss and then 1/2 hour later go back to the toilet for another hosing. Of course my liquid intake is increased now that I'm training and loading creatine, but unless you are waking up frequently to pee I wouldn't worry too much unless you are also suffering some form of abdominal pain or cramping.
 
I'm like QuoVadis,

I piss ALL the time during the day, but mine is down to the 2 pints of water per hour i drink. Id drop the vitamins for a week or 2 and see what happens. If you do have pains though I'd go and see the doc asap, It's probably something minor but the longer you leave it the more serious it may become.

When i first started my diet and drinking alot of water mine would start out yellow and then go just like water.
When i started my Vitamins on my diet each time i go to the bathroom it's yellow all the time.
 
Many vitamins are useless at an excess. They will just be pissed out. With a lowered carb intake or a recent diet, you are very likely to be pissing a lot (thus the loss in water weight). Be sure to drink lots of water @ 2l per day minimum. Your diet could be improved though. Post a separate post so many bros can help you out on the subject. Post your stats, your diet (and be more specific, not a THING of rice, but perhaps 1C of rice).

It never hurts to see a Doc when altering your diet. Nobody here wants to provide medical advice.

I've experienced the same problem with some vitamins as well. Megadoses of vitamins will just flow right through you. I'd dump the vitamins for a week and drink a ton of water. The rule of thumb is 1+ gallons per day. In the absence of vitamins your urine should be more clear than yellow...otherwise you aren't drinking enough.
 
Ok thanks guys, when I said a thing of rice i meant 1 cup uncooked (makes maybe 3 cups cookd?)

I dont wake up at night to pee unless I drink a big glass of water right before bed.

I had a BAD strain of my iliacuses a while ago and the doc said they might become a bit shortened and put pressure on my blader mabe that is it
 
The reason your urinating so much, is a sign from your body. It's saying..."this stuff I'm emmiting is good, drink it and live a long and healthy life."
 
It is hard to tell whether you piss a lot of piss frequently, or you piss a little piss frequently. If it is a little you might just have a small bladder. You would piss frequently if you drink a lot of water, nothing to worry about there, just clensing the body.
