the best way to go is two double 1/4 LBERS! with extra Cheese. Super size Fries.
oh and did I mention a DIET coke...cuz were watching our calories.
 
My Mcdonalds cheat meal is 1 or 2 double cheeseburgers, 20 piece chicken nuggets, and a large fries.......with a diet coke of course. When I cheat I do that shit right.
 
2 bigmacks, they taste way better than the quarter#ers of cheeseburgers......Big macks are way less greasy. Or Jack in the Crack, 2 supreme crosaints (sp) with mayo.........slammin.

Hey quad, Its been a few years since I have been here. Thanks for all the help in the past. I used to post under db3 as well and bibleisonya when things were new. E2 and quad definitely had great info.
 
Forget fast food. If our going to cheat, hit a Red Robin and have there whiskey river bacon Burger with all you can eat fries. Or hit a steak house and get a nice NY strip with a fat ass sweet potato with cinamon and sugar.

I am holding back so I do not explode...I did kinda lose it at Outback last night it started with 3 loaves of bread and degraded form there! I am 217#! 20# over weigh in weight. Time to diet for a day and drain off fluid...my back burns.....BEN AND JERRY'S! Did I say that?

Double QP with cheese and fries (Supersized!). Don't forget to ask them for extra salt plus ketchup. But don't go totally crazy: wash it down with a Diet Coke. :)

BEN and JERRY's owns god..lol im in love with that stuff...mcdonald's double QP with supersized fries and a diet coke is my mandatory post contest cheat meal..lovethatstuff

try the B & J's one that has those graham crackers in them..and the New York Fudge...and the Mint Fudge..those are a few of my favs, plus the Oatmeal one is nice too..;-p

Everything but the! And Dublin mudslide is good too...I got this new peanut butter one two....MAN! I am a bit OC here. My back is burning a little too..ankles look ok still but I think I brimming! 218# today 21# over weigh in!

How many days after the comp will you cheat for, or stay off your diet? Im doing a photoshoot in 3 weeks which I prepared for the same as a competition, so Im looking forward to the days following the shoot, just trying to figure out how many days I can get away with cheating before getting pissed at myself for put some chubb back on.

By the way Quad, you looked awesome in the pics bro, congrats.

oo man..dont me started on the "everything but the..." one..i forgot to include that...that shit is so dense with flavor, i love it. You're blowing up man...haha...watch your sodium and water intake...keep em moderate. Good thing ice cream doesnt have much of either of those! After my last show in april i didnt rebound and gain 30lbs like i did 3 days after my first show..buttt..it did slowly creep back up on me regardless of my healthy diet since i was bulking at that time, so have some otc water pills and eat em like candy lol.

The 24-hour McDonald's near me carries Triple-Quarter-Pounders on their late night menu.

I haven't been there in over a year, but when I do - I get:
4 triple/QP's
4 Large fries
2 Large Diet Cokes

I finished second in a Powerlifting meet last year and was so disappointed that after the meet I went to the pub and had a few drinks, then to the take away where I ordered chips, a kebab, a milkshake, and told them to put lots of Mayo on the chips too :p :p
 
I still remember calling Quad the day after my first contest and pigging out on cheesfries and other sodium loaded crap. I woke up the next morning and thought my feet and cankles we're going to explode, I was like WTF is going on!!!! I had to immediately go back on my diet :(

I dont see how you bastards get ready for a competition. Ive been focus'd on trying to cut for about 3 months now, and for the first time in my life I actually am dieting... I've got my diet fairly dialed in, but right now all I want to do is go get some god damn fast food!

I've never dieted before in my life. I can lose weight whenever I want fairly easily... however I made it a goal about 8 months ago to get back into my college-shape and to get my abs more shredded than they have ever been. SO I comitted myself to a strict diet and at least 6 cardio sessions per week in conjunction with my lifting. Ive been hovering around 9-11% bodyfat for about a month now, and its starting to really get old real fuckin fast lol.

Can I get a double-quarter pounder with cheese please?! :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:
