Hypertrophy Specific Training: results

These preliminary results are from using the HST protocal at www.thinkmuscle.com
After 3 weeks some startling measurements have me reeling.

Chest measurement down .8 inches
Leg down .5
waist down 1 inch
:confused:

Arm up.2:rolleyes:
Everything else same.

I´ve gained 2 kilos of mass, however.

Added 900 calories to my daily diet over the three weeks.

Am training with my girlfriend and her results are very similar (almost exactly)

Both feeling a bit of residual fatigue and taking a week off starting today.:arty:

THOUGHTS?:confused:
 
No fat measurements. As I mentioned, however, my waist went down. That´s where I like to store fat. Curious...

Around 170 grams a day for the duration.
