I have a source for some hydrolized protien. Its the same guys who supply the hospitals. Its totally uncut, and dosent go through any supplement company. But its not cheap. at 100.00/lb Woudl taking 50g's of this post workout prove beneficial? I know alot of people just use about 13 grams of the stuff, and have their rest out of concentrate or isolate? Any suggestions?
