Hey guys, first and foremost I would like to say I am a complete idiot, and have almost never really taken advice from anyone when it came to bodybuilding+getting big, but now I need advice and am ready to listen with open ears to try to figure out how to get my body on track.
I turned 22 a couple of weeks ago, and by profession have been a pharmacist for almost a couple of days now.
Stats: Male, 5'4 Inches, 165 Pounds, 15-20% BF
I initially started out a very scrawny guy no idea about diets, about working out, about anything at about 114 pounds sometime in 2010. Very quickly sometime 2011, regardless of how I trained or how I ate I decided to juice. I ran an extremely simple cycle which was 500MG SUS per week for 10 weeks and then had a half ass PCT and ended up at around 145 pounds or so. Regardless of which, even though I was plenty bigger to everyone else, I was still no where near where i wanted to be. So in 2012, sometime close to the summer I decided to run another cycle in which I ran CYP 750/wk and DECA 600mg/wk, and shot up very quickly to 170 pounds. Please keep in mind that none of this is actually quality muscle, I'm just getting "big boned" so to speak. My gut was growing at a very fast pace, I was getting heavier, but not bigger. So in an effort to finally wake up and learn what I've been doing wrong, I decided to learn about dieting.
I got no where much, But I did get a couple of diets here and there and decided to try it. After about leaning out for a month and finally seeing some change in my physique, I decided to juice once yet again. This time I ran SUS 250 EOD for a total of ~875/week and Deca 400mg/wk along with Anavar weeks 1-8 at 40MG per day. And to be very frank, I saw nothing at all. My body was possibly a bit more 'pumped' so to speak, and that's it. I did do a very small 1 week PCT after this.
At this point I've been clean and juice free for about a year or so, and can actually genuinely say I've been eating somewhat clean. My training is VERY intense. But my body does not want to change for the better or the worst. My body is STUCK at 165 pounds, it is not recomposing, it is not building. I literally do not know what to do to change this. I've had 100% spot on diet weeks where my body wont budge, and I've had dirty dirty weeks where i'll have a little bit of a more "poofed" gut and it'll be back to normal in the next week.
At this point, I have no clue what to take, or what to do, to snap my body out of this plateau. Recently I've been paying much more attention to Primobolan and it's effects, and feel as if primobolan + var cycle might be a good cycle along with a spot on PCT possibly with HCG, just to get rid of some extra weight and see what's really underneath. Thoughts? Ideas? recconemdations? anything.
