HST helped to bust through bench plateu

Just finished two weeks of 15's doing dips and incline bench 3 times a week. Yesterday did 225 x 3 on bench just for fun of it, and today came in fresh and did 225 x 4.5 and 250 x 1. Very happy, bench has been stalled for over 8 months.
