Im an endo, 15 years old and atm bulking, but wanna avoid big fat gains Im abotu 18% bf and 175ish
my breakfast is about 60g Protein 90g carbs 65g fat
and these are all the ingredients for my breakfast, I eat scrambled eggs and porridge but this is where the protein/carb/fats come from:
5 whole large eggs - 33g protein, 25g fat
700ml whole milk - 35g carbs, 20g protein, 25g fat
60g oats - 36g carbs, 5g protein, 6g fat
3tsp olive oil - 11g fat
100g blueberries - 10g carbs
25g apricots - 9g carbs
that is pretty aproximate although it wont be far off, i dont eat any fats in my next two meals. I though the reason Im walking round bloated all the time is from the milk but could i be taking in too many fats and not be bloated just have gained bf?
