Im an endo, 15 years old and atm bulking, but wanna avoid big fat gains Im abotu 18% bf and 175ish

my breakfast is about 60g Protein 90g carbs 65g fat

and these are all the ingredients for my breakfast, I eat scrambled eggs and porridge but this is where the protein/carb/fats come from:

5 whole large eggs - 33g protein, 25g fat
700ml whole milk - 35g carbs, 20g protein, 25g fat
60g oats - 36g carbs, 5g protein, 6g fat
3tsp olive oil - 11g fat
100g blueberries - 10g carbs
25g apricots - 9g carbs

that is pretty aproximate although it wont be far off, i dont eat any fats in my next two meals. I though the reason Im walking round bloated all the time is from the milk but could i be taking in too many fats and not be bloated just have gained bf?

i like it if you could get in some quick digesting food 30 mins before this meal. can you do a shake as soon as you get up then get ready for school before you eat the meal you posted? if not a shake maybe a glass of oj or aj and a little tuna or something?

do you suggest this to break catabolism quicker? Because I start cookin my breakfast as soon as I wake.

that is the reason. its not just the time it takes to cook the breakfast, its more so the fat that slows digestion. it would be better to slam a shake first thing then about a half hour later eat the breakfast.

you need to keep your macro ratios at 45% protein/40% carbs/15% fat. for bilking

so with that in mind 65 grams of fat dayly would accompany a 3900 cal diet which i doubt you are eating. you're eating 65 grams in just 1 meal.

try getting your fat down to 65-80 grams daily not just for breakfast.

but your only 15 i would not worry about the diet at all.

well bro i probably do only take in 80 grams a day, my next two meals are chicken so no fat in them.

i am dropping the olive oil though which should take it down to 53 grams or so and im cutting back on the milk a little meaning ill prob get only 45grams of fat with breakfast now.

besides eggs and olive oil are healthy fats, maybe the milk isnt though...
 
yeah bro, cut down the fat a bit. i'd say you only need about 60-80g of it per day.
its not very a good idea to mix a lot of fat and sugar if you are an endo either bro.
