Benrock, you wish to lose 35 pounds in three months. At 262 and 16% bf, your goal requires you to go from 16% bf to 3% bf in three months!

Too much to quick.

Figure out how many calories you burn every day. Calculate your food intake in such a way as to put you in a caloric deficit. Maintain 1.8 grams or more of protein per kg of bodyweight. It takes a cumulative caloric deficit of about 3,500 calories to lose a pound. If you wish to keep muscle, you shouldn't attempt to lose much more than a pound per week.

Good luck.

some notes, although your diet is very clean and should allow you to reach your goal:

1. drop the yogurt - useless sugar
2. the before bed shake should be a carb-free one, I prefer the chocolate isopure(it has trace carbs, the vanilla and strawberry have zero)
3. don't lift everyday and mix up your cardio. Try and lift approx. 3-4 days a week and do cardio 5-6 days week. You'll get there, just keep a good balance between moderation and pushing yourself to the max.
