JG1 New member Apr 18, 2002 #1 30mg/day....Thai 5mg tabs. I eat my first meal at 9am, and I train at 12pm. Was thinking 2 tabs with my first meal, 2 tabs 1/2 hour before train, 1 tab around 3:30pm, and 1 tab around 8:30pm. Sound good?
