how to use test, EQ, and winstrol to shred?

Equipoise and winstrol are 2 steroids I am excited to try to shred down. First time using them. I’m 38 years old and 5’10’’
the test I wanted to run was 300mgs a week. Equipoise was 500mgs a week. Now on the winstrol, I’m not sure if I should do 20 mg a day or bump it up to 40 mg a day. What do you think about that?

i love adding some winstrol here. it will work great at 25mgs a day. no need to push 50
