hi to everyone!
I am wondering how would you train to keep muscles toned if you were not to carry any weights with your hands?? I had this accident where a dog bite my both hands and the doctor said that I should avoid lifting weights for at least 3 weeks.... 3weeks!! that's eternity to me... I'm finishing a bulking phase, so I was thinking how could I train for at least keeping my muscles in shape. I have no problem with legs because I can still rely on machines... rather it's the upper body that concerns me the most... back, bi, tris, delts...
