how to...training w/out weights??

hi to everyone!
I am wondering how would you train to keep muscles toned if you were not to carry any weights with your hands?? I had this accident where a dog bite my both hands and the doctor said that I should avoid lifting weights for at least 3 weeks.... 3weeks!! that's eternity to me... I'm finishing a bulking phase, so I was thinking how could I train for at least keeping my muscles in shape. I have no problem with legs because I can still rely on machines... rather it's the upper body that concerns me the most... back, bi, tris, delts...
If any of you have any ideas, I'll appreciate if you can share it with me :)
 
If you can grip a bar, how bout pull-ups? might be less stress on the hand....pushups with handles or on knuckles?
