I wanted to know how someone can tell if they have real or fake gear?

It's impossible to tell whether or not your gear is real just by looking at it.

You need to either -
1. Use a home steroid testing kit like roid test
2. Get blood work done while using it

You cant tell by looking at it. If it is test then you can just run it and get blood work. The testing kits are good for determining what hormone is present but it wont tell you if it is under dosed or not.
