How to take sarms ? S-4 vs mk-2866 or run both together ?

I want try sarms as I am currently on test replacement therapy of 3, 50 mg shots/doses a week and I have heard sarms is safer and I don't plan ever stopping. I have read negative things on the internet about S-4. I don't really know to much about sarms can someone please help on which one to take and why ? Should I stack them ? How do I stack them ? Which one is a better seller/more popular ?
