Here is a good non-caffeine boost from my self experimentation: 1gram of l-carnitine, 1200mg fish oil (some other type of fatty acid supplement would work), and 100 mg of dhea, plus whatever b-12 supp you're taking. Take this one hour before training or first thing in the morning with a glass of water. Korean ginseng is stronger if I remember correctly, but I've never taken it straight up. Hell yeah, caffeine pills are way easier to take in the morning, and they don't stain your teeth!
