How to post a video

My gf took video of me squatting. My form sucks but could anyone help me out with posting the vid? Would like some criticisms from you all. Thanks

You need to get it hosted on a webspace/site and then link it in your message. How big is it?

344 kb i have found the problem with my squat...im rounding my back, but dont know how to fix it....its not the weight cuz its not all that heavy

After looking at the video. It looks pretty dark so some might not be able to see it very well unless you use Media player
