How to make stomach leaner?

Right now i am trying to put on some weight since i am 5'7 and wiegh only 130 now. The problem is my stomach is still pretty flabby, and if possible, i would like to get it firmer and flatter. I used to weigh 162, but after i hit 130, i stopped dieting even though my stomach still was flabby. I am not a body builder, just someone who wants to get a lot stronger and look better, so i am not hardcore bulking now, just eating alot and lifting alot. Is there any way to firm up my stomach in this period of time, or do i have to wait until i hit my target weight, (Which right now is 150) and then start cutting (Which i have no idea what to eat and how to do). I have noticed i have more definition in the last month or two, and have gotten stronger, but my stomach and pecs still like crap. Any suggestions?

Well, forget trying to lose the excess flab for right now. More muscle equates to more calories burned. And you need muscle there to actually cut down and have something to show off. Don't make the same mistake I did (though I still have plenty of time to fix that) - just eat big and clean.

Eat 20 times your bodyweight a day in calories, roughly, while lifting heavy. Try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Stay away from saturated fats. No sweets, no soda. Drink at least a half-gallon of water a day.

Make sure you get alot of carbs to fuel your workouts, but earlier on in the day. Rice, pasta, oatmeal, and potatoes are good choices. Beans are my personal favorite, not that it matters.

Avoid mixing carbs and fats in the same meal.

Eat healthy fats, like from nuts, natural peanut butter, and steak.

Have some form of protein post-workout with grape juice or dextrose powder. An hour after that have some whole food.

Yup. bulk smart for a while, maybe with sprints or interval cardio a few times a week for conditioning. Once you've added some pounds of muscle, that conditioning and increased metabolism will probably allow you to lose that fat.

How do you bulk slowly? Right now i am just eating alot, with some digresion of what i eat, but it is moslty pasta and meat. I weigh 130.5 now, and 2 weeks ago i weighed 129, so i assume i am not bulking to fast, or getting fat.

sounds allright, i think 1-2 lbs per week is good. I'd just keep doing what your doing and build up my back, legs, and chest w/heavy compound movements

Steak isnt a good source of fat. It is animal fat which is bad for you (save fish) due to the high content of saturated fat and cholesterol. A much better choice would be nuts (like LK2 said), certain veggies, flax, fish, borage, or just about any kind of oil.

Now im not saying dont eat red meat, because that would just be silly - your bulking! I'm just saying that red meat isnt typically thought of as a good source of fat.
