hi, i'm new at this. i'm 158 pounds, 5'4" and don't know how much body fat i have. i would like to weight 120-125. i started a diet a month ago in which so far i've lost 9 pounds. i eat every morning a light oatmeal, then a fruit, at lunch i have chicken breast with salad and veggies, then another fruit and lost of water. every morning at 5:30 am i do some cardio riding my bike for half an hour and sometimes do some abs. i would like to loose more weight fast. i would like some advice on if i'm doing the wright things and if not how to do it.
