how to gain mass on deca and sustanon for 14 weeks

I’m looking to get more mass on my frame. I’m lanky at 6’3’’ and 187lbs. Built more like a basketball player. What would you recommend on dosing if I were to do 14 weeks of deca and sustanon? I was thinking of doing 500mgs of each and then seeing where I am at after 5 weeks then adjusting dosing. Would this work or no?
