I weighed in at 174lbs first thing this morning...
A post-workout visit to an Asian buffet has me at 184lbs

Much curry, satay, rice and noodles have combined well with the litres of pre-during-and-post-workout water to give me a GH gut some of today's pros would be genuinely envious of.
Who said getting big and strong was hard work?
(and the food wasn't great either... home-made Chinese by my girlfriend's mother outshines anything else...)
