I weighed in at 174lbs first thing this morning...

A post-workout visit to an Asian buffet has me at 184lbs :D :D :D

Much curry, satay, rice and noodles have combined well with the litres of pre-during-and-post-workout water to give me a GH gut some of today's pros would be genuinely envious of.

Who said getting big and strong was hard work? ;)

(and the food wasn't great either... home-made Chinese by my girlfriend's mother outshines anything else...)
 
on my carb up day i use to hit the chinese buffet here in town, never got rice or noodles, but general tao's chicken, fried won tons, and egg drop soup was in danger of my stomach of fury. damn i think i may go there for lunch today. :)
 
I think some of the hardcore boys on that Anabolic board would be impressed with this new stack that you have found... :D

Yes it does :) My g/fs cooking is much broader in scope too, though her traditional Chinese isn't quite as good as her mum's...
 
I can easily gain 10 lbs in a day. I weight myself first thing every AM... and then just before I go to bed every PM.

On average I lose 5 lbs every night between the time I go to sleep and the time I wake up. One night on DNP with all the sweating I dropped 10 lbs between going to sleep and waking up. (The sheets were drenched that night.)

Obviously, it's all water.
