how to dress up a little black dress

I have a quarter sleeved little black dress, it is low cut and hits just above the knee, maybe two inches? maybe three. Not very short but above the knee.

In my opinion its kinda conservative, but i wouldnt wear it to work. Its a party dress.

I want to wear it to a bachelorette party without looking too boring, or whatever. I want it to be fun, but I also want to wear black clunky shoes because thats all i have, and I really like these shoes. I mean, I have a pair of hot pink slingbacks that would be cute too but they dont quite look right with the dress so they are out of the occasion.

its almost too hot to wear boots...but i dont really want to wear my boots. I want to buy a new pair first.

Are fishnets always a no? Even if they are the tiny weave?? the super tiny? What can I do to liven this dress up ( i dont want to look like a tramp though)

the way I'm going, my purse, shoes and accessories are all going to be black. Is that too boring?

I love little black dresses so easy to dress up or down. I think you could spice it up with fishnets, I know it was a big trend last fall winter not sure about now but really who cares if looks good roll with it. Also I would pair it with a bit more flashy shoes and purse. A really hot trend right now is deep berry colours so if you had any shoes or purse in those colours that would be hot.

I think that accessories dress up a lil black dress really nicely.
Toss on a nice long necklace & some matching earrings. And a gorgeous lil bag.. you can make the simplest dress
look deadly.

Its a really dark dark brown...like chocolate.

Gold and brown, classic combination, but surprisingly brown and silver works really well.

Either gold or silver is fine but gold and brown are ALWAYS a match.
