how to dose sarms for females?

Are sarms dosages generally half of that of what a man would use? I am interested in possibly using sarms for a cycle, looking to use GW and S4 or ostarine. If the dosage is 20mg for a man should I cut that dosage in half or do we run the same amount? Plus I am very petite I am only 5 feet tall

It depends on what the sarm is. Gw can be ran and should be ran at full dose 20mg per day male or female

For actual SARMs I would run half the male dose. For non-hormonal compounds often grouped with SARMs like Cardarine, run the full dose. For GW it should be 20mg per day.
