How to come back Advice ?

Hey guy's

I am going to make a long story short.

2 years ago when in the best shape of my life , off cycle.

I ended up getting a herniated disc from getting my Daughter out of the bath.

1 month later I ended up with a blood clot in my arm.

The Dr Said it was most likely from Nolvadex but also could have been Effort induced thrombosis from vigorous exercise.

Anyway its been a while now and I am pretty much fully recovered from both injuries aside from some varicose and spider veins I will just get tatted over.

No I must say the last 2 years were hell. I gained 35 lbs and lost muscle.

Every time I look at my old picks it makes me sick how far I came and then how far I fell.

So I am back training again not as hard as I was before my injuries. But I miss my old body.

So I am back looking into a small cycle and I sold all my gear when I was injured .

What do you guys think would be my safest cycle with some proper gains ?

Of course Training and diet need to be in check . This is prob my 5th cycle but I been of around 3 yrs or so.

I am 6'2 220lbs right now and my body fat is prob close to 17% just guessing.

I was thinking some Prop but I figured I would get your opinions.

I respect and appreciate all input negative or positive. I have been putting a lot of thought into it and I just cant see me getting close to as jacked as I was without that extra edge that allowed me to push my self.

Bro first off glad you are getting back at it. Now i would have to recommend you train for a while before you run gear again. Your muscles have memory and will start coming back. Once you get yourself back into a little better shape. Like below 15% bf. Then i would look at running some gear.

OWL has the right recommendation bro...muscle memory is a beautiful thing, train hard, eat clean, utilize some Creatine, BCAAs, good protein powder, PWO, and maybe a natty test booster and let your body rebound naturally first...then see where you are. PM me anytime for help...glad to do so, you, OWL, and I are pretty much same build!

Ok I have been trying to Listen to you guys and my wife.

But I really want that extra edge you know ? Even for the placebo effect.

I have had my diet in check 80%

Been back training just not as hard as before. lighter weight higher reps and a lot of Calisthenics.

Now My friend is getting some and wants me to cycle with him.

What would be my safest bet ? I wanna get some Anavar and test or something to help with cutting and hardening.

Its not the gear I worry about its the PCT.

I got that blood clot before and they said it was most likely from the Nolvedex or Vigorous exercise.

My wife doesnt want me to use any more gear but man I so miss being jacked.

Anyone have any ideas of my safest bet for a little push ?

i feel for you bro and i am very happy you are back at it, but your not ready for a cycle yet... you need to get some of your natty muscle back first... you will gain very quickly... 80% for your diet is not good enough either bro... you need to start getting back a set routine, get your body fat down and get everything going again and THEN start a cycle... since your experienced bro, its not going to take that long... i would say a month or two at the most... if you need some pump before the gym, get some n2amp and some ntkts... that will help you to get extra motivation... get yourself on track and then get started on a cycle... i would be glad to help you get started on a cycle but you need to do these other things first...
 
everything Dylan mentioned is true , I can bet your problems were from the nova ,it's pure shit
get back in shape your muscle muscle memory will be in full force in about 2 months if your dedcicated.
 
get on a great high protein diet
get on a great 'beginner' routine like starting strength or 5x5
buy a lot of good protein
train your ass off
sleep like a baby

save the gear until you hit a plateau. If you jump on the gear now you will be wasting it. its true and i hope you know that and do the right thing. hit the gym hard for a few months and when you stall jump back in if you want

for now i would just start taking unleashed. you will notice a difference and feel great.
 
muscle memory is a real thing.

you have guys who were benching 500... get injured and stop for months.. then they come back and 3 months later are back to benching 500.. when other guys at the gym are in there everyday and are still benching 300. so your body will remember the way you were before and you will quickly come back.

this is why guys in their teens should be lifting weights this way once they get older and if they take time away they will easily be able to come back. someone who never lifted in their life will struggle to gain muscle compared to someone like you

so get back in there and start busting your ass, set a goal. and you will be back to where you were before you know it.
