counting calories is the old weight watchers rouse.
it will work maybe in the short run, but long term it does not work. just ask anyone who tried weight watchers. they all lost a few pounds doing it but today are FATTER.
also we have been told to eat less and exercise more for 30 years in the USA.. how has that worked out? not too well with obesity and diabetes skyrocketing
it isn't about calories in and out.. it is about WHAT YOU EAT and how OFTEN you eat. people make bad food choices and eat too often.
