How to avoid puffy face ? Sustenon 250 ?

I will be starting Sustenon 250 really soon. I have seen many test users with a puffy face. How can I avoid having a puffy face while using Sustenon 250. I have used Deca about 2 years ago and I never experienced a puffy face. Deca worked great but I lost the girlfriend because of "Deca Dick". I will never try Deca again. Will I have a puffy face when on Sustenon 250 ? If so, how can I avoid this ?

Sorry to hear the badluck with the ex girlfriend!! How did you explain the problem to her? Any ways , When I have been on sust i usually hold a good ammount of water, try taking Nolvadex and proviron during your cycle. That will take care of te problem.

why not just throw the sus in the garbage. Bottom line is ur gonna get alittle bloat on test, end of story. Best bet is armidex.

Use an estrogen aromatase inhibitor such as Aromasin, Femara or Arimidex.

Also, reveiw your diet and manage your sodium and sugar intake.

i just finished a cycle of sus only at 500mg/week. this was my third cycle and first time injecting so i wanted to do a fairly mild cycle.

i experienced NO bloat or sides. gains were modest on the scale, a total of 5 or 6 lbs or so. strangely though several people at my gym commented i looked like i had put on 10 lbs or so recently (with a suspicious look in their eyes ).

i expected more growth from this cycle but i got some decent results and learned a lot. i also got over my fear of needles. i bought clomid for PCT but must admit i did not use it...after two weeks my strength has not diminished and i still seem to be growing. no shut down at all.

my fourth cycle, which starts next month, will be my first stack. i plan on upping the ante this cycle and really going for some more growth. i am very excited to start and bought the necessary ancillaries.

i think this is the way to go for beginners. start mild and see how it works for you. you do not have to do huge amounts of AAS right off the bat.

Why should I use proviron and Nolvadex ?

Would just using Nolvadex be good enough to get rid of the puffy face ?

I ordered 12 amps of Sustenon 250 and Nolvadex 20mg 60 tabs.

If I really need the proviron to get rid of the "puffy face" then I will order it, but if the Nolvadex is good enough then I will just use what I have already ordered.

So if the Nolvadex if going to get rid of the puffy face, then what would be the best way to do this cycle ?

Anyone ?
