Don't go over 100mcg's per day, don't stay on for more then 6-8 weeks max pyramid up and down and increase your protein while using it to avoid catabolism.
I did a 25-37.5-50-37.5-25 mcg cycle with t3 from the ag guys. I spent about 3 days at each stage except 50 which I stayed on for about 7 days. I also did a couple of days of 12.5mcg in the morning.
Be sure your diet is SUPER freakin' clean afterwards and you won't gain the weight back. It was great but just tell yourself how it's going to be when you're off!
