On that basis 1-2 x a week each seems about right.

muskate High End Bro Platinum May 7, 2018 #4 1-2 times per week I think is optimal. Grass fed red meat has a lot of health benefits associated with it but it's also very high in calories and saturated fat. Your main protein source should be wild caught fish
