How much weight can I lose?

I stopped working out for like 6 months, and now Igained a bit of belly fat. Now I started working out in a moderateway – a bit of cardio, homeworkout, a lot of walking. How muchweight would be be reasonable to expect to lose in a month?
 
If we talk about long term quality fat loss, it is considered optimal to lose half a kilo per week, making a total of 2 kilos per month. Such kind of fat loss will be long term. Also, you need to remember, that the closer you get to a 0% BF, the harder it becomes, so at the initial phases you can lose weight at a faster pace, and over time the progress can stop.
 
without knowing your stats how can anyone answer?

generally the rule of thumb is athletics is it will take you half as long as you took time off to gain back your full conditioning. so for you 3 months!

If you do it the healthy way by being in a caloric deficit and exercising, 2lbs per week is a good number. It might be more at the beginning and less at the end as your body adapts.
