How much tirzepatide for fat loss?

Looking for your advice when it comes to using tirzepatide for optimal fat loss. I'm currently 238 pounds and I'm 5 foot 10. I would like to get down about 15 or 20 pounds. That would be optimal for me.
I've read dosing from 1 mg up to 5 mg. What would you recommend for a newbie at 38 years old?

Hey mate,
I’d recommend starting at 2.5mg a week in line with pharmaceutical protocols and rising it as you feel the need. You can inject it once a week or split the 2.5mg into two doses. It’s working when your cravings are minimal and your dose is too high when you start to experience morning nausea. You got your diet plan sorted?

Forgot to add Tirzepatide doesn’t lose the weight. Your calorie deficit will do that. But Tirzepatide will make it much easier. Best of luck bro!

Tirzepatide should be ran at 1.5 mg at the start, the first four weeks. This way you get used to the side effects then you can start increasing it.

I would start tirzepatide around 2 mg. You can gradually start and make it higher. I would not go past about 6 mg but in your situation I don't think you need more than 3 or 4 mg.
